How do you Tomato?
Things tend to get a bit chaotic when were are busy. If you're new, here are a few things to keep in mind when you join us.

Step One: Take it all in
Yes, there might be people all over the place, but take in the vibe. We've created a space with lots of energy buzzing around. Don't be scared, people tend to be pretty friendly around here. Once you've got your bearings, move on to step two.
Step Two: Hop in line
Which one? Well, if you're here for a TO-GO order (phone-in or one placed in person), we'll get you at the front PICK-UP window (look for the sign). If you need to place an order please make you way up the ramp, inside, and to the counter.
Step Three: Ordering
Dining in? You've made it through the line and hopefully know what you want, but your friendly cashier is always ready for any questions you may have. First, let us know if you want to dine-in with us or do a To-Go order. We have seating available inside, on our fully covered side patio and open-air back patio with lots of tables.
If you need to dine with your four-legged friends you can do a To-Go order and dine out front in the Downtown Fruita Community Seating Area on Mulberry Street and you are welcome to bring any of our beverages out there (just no glass). Service animals are the only allowed inside, sorry.
We don't have wait staff to take orders at the table so please make try to order everything you need the first time around, or you could have to wait in line again. You can always order more beer, wine, drinks anytime at the bar. Just jump in the line at the end of the bar and one of our beertenders will help you. Sorry but we can't take food orders at the bar unless you are seated and dining at the bar.

Calling in a To-Go order? Great, we can do that! Just keep in mind, now that we are doing more in-person dining again we will have fewer phone-in times available. This means that on busy weekends phone-in order waits can get quite lengthy - like hours long sometimes! We know, it's crazy, but our little kitchen can only make so many pies at a time. We encourage you to plan ahead and call your orders in early or be prepared to wait.

Step Four: Grab your items and find a seat
Once you've placed your order you will receive a numbered table marker to bring with you and leave on your table. As you leave the register, pick up any ordered drinks from the bar. On the way to the dining areas on the left will be a station with plates, silverware, condiments and water. Grab whatever you'll need for your meal and go find an empty table. Keep your number visible so we can find you with your food as soon as it's ready.

If we did not have a table inside to offer you are welcome to dine out front in the Community Seating Area where you can wait for your To-Go order. Watch your phone for a text if you provided us with a number or listen for your name being called by one of our food runners.

Step Five: UnWind & enJOY!
Once you've ordered pizzas can take anywhere from 20-45 minutes to be made but we do our best to let you know an approximate wait time. Enjoy some beverages, some slices and salads while you wait for the rest.
We are all about the experience of spending time with friends and family. So, enjoy yourself and unwind. You can even tell a story or two about the amazing adventures you experienced that day.
A Note On Our Dough
We hand make our pizza dough daily, and allow it to proof for 24 hrs before use. As such, we are limited by the quantity of how much we can both make and proof.
Our absolute top quantity of dough we can make is 400 dough balls. This means that we occasionally run out of dough on hectic days. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, but we believe in the craft, not in mass production.
We hope you understand and appreciate the love that goes into making your pizza. We also hand stretch our dough and make each pizza to order. Hand stretching takes time.
Please anticipate 45-60 minutes for your pizza when it is busy. Don't worry; your beer can be in your hand in a much, much quicker time frame.
